New suitors emerge for Osimhen as European Champions consider key role
Super Eagles striker Victor Osimhen could be set for a move to the reigning European champions
What Dursen Ozbek said about Osimhen
The Cim-Bom president was in attendance at the 25th Championship Night event organised by the Bodrum 1905 Galatasaray Association, where he addressed the fans and gave an update on their transfer window.
"We came to Bodrum last year and before that. This place is our good luck. After celebrating here, we will start working on our 26th championship,” he said, per Tgrthaber.
“Hopefully, we will be here next year as well. Transfer work continues. It is a decision he will make; we are waiting for Osimhen. Hopefully, we will continue without changing our squad in a good season.
”Our goalkeeper negotiations are also continuing. We have 4-5 alternatives. Therefore, I will tell you when it is finished. Galatasaray's mission is to be successful in Europe. This year, we will be chasing the league, Europe, and the Turkish Cup.

“I hope we will have a successful season. As the management, my friends and I are doing everything we can for this. Our aim is to make Galatasaray fans happy, as we are here today. To celebrate the championships with them."
Victor Osimhen taking his time
The Super Eagles striker is currently on holiday, recently spotted at Onikan Stadium, Lagos, where he attended William Troost Ekong’s charity match.

He mentioned in a recent interview that he remains calm about his future and is currently enjoying his holiday. However, his indecision is a source of tension for Galatasaray, as Osimhen's decision would shape their transfer window.
The Nigerian spent last season on loan at the club, and his goals propelled them to a league and cup double. Galatasaray are prepared to obliterate their club transfer record to sign Osimhen and have offered him a proposal, which he is yet to accept or reject.
He, however, turned down an offer from Al Hilal for the second consecutive summer. However, the Saudi Pro League are said to believe a deal can still be had and will return with an improved bid.
