Everyone is amazed — Reactions to Mason Greenwood's presentation at Getafe continue

There is no stopping LALIGA side Getafe and their fans from enjoying the arrival of Manchester United wonderkid Mason Greenwood.

Reactions continue to pour in as Getafe are still living the dream of signing the talented youngster on loan till the summer of 2024.

The English striker arrived on a season-long loan transfer from Manchester United in a bid to revive his career. 

The Deep Blues were the team willing to take the troubled 21-year-old following accusations of rape, assault and coercive behaviour. 

Greenwood has been out of competitive football scene for two years after an arrest and trial for domestic abuse following accusations from his girlfriend. 

His career looked over at some point following his suspension by his club United following his arrest. 

But the charges were later dropped earlier this year while Greenwood remained suspended by the Red Devils who began a private investigation after the decision by the Crown Persecution Service, CPS, to drop all charges.

United’s internal enquiry lasted six months after which the 21-year-old was found not guilty by the club. 

A move to Getafe followed on deadline day as United and Greenwood agreed for him to leave the club to restart his career.

Greenwood has since been unveiled and presented to fans by the Deep Blues who cannot stop savouring the arrival of the prodigiously gifted youngster. 

In a video posted on their official X.com, formerly Twitter, account. Getafe noted that everyone is amazed by the quality of Greenwood, who has started training with his new teammates at the Alfonso Perez.

“AN INCREDIBLE TALENT WHO WILL WEAR THE DORSAL 12 OF @getafecf,” the club posted. “EVERYONE IS AMAZED WITH HIS QUALITY! LET'S GIVE A WARM WELCOME TO MAAASON.”
