Victor Osimhen is the second most-followed Super Eagles player on Instagram, with over 2.3 million followers on the popular social media platform.

The 24-year-old Napoli striker has seen his fan base increase rapidly over the course of his career.

Osimhen recently helped Napoli win their first Serie A title in 33 years after scoring an equalising goal against Udinese in the league last week.

Osimhen is currently one of Europe’s in-demand strikers and has been linked with a summer switch away from Naples, with clubs like Manchester United, Arsenal, Paris Saint Germain and Real Madrid reportedly eyeing his signature.

Osimhen is currently dating a 22-year-old German lady known as Stephanie Kim Ladewig.

The beautiful Stefanie and Osimhen are believed to have begun their relationship during his time in Wolfsburg, where she was a cheerleader for the Bundesliga club.

The couple already have a child together, a daughter named Hailey.

However, following the news of the details of Osimhen’s girlfriend, Nigerians have taken to social media to send the Super Eagles and Napoli striker a message.

Among other reactions, some Nigerians advised Osimhen to follow in the alleged footsteps of PSG and Morocco defender Achraf Hakimi.

Unconfirmed reports last month alleged that the 24-year-old wingback who is currently accused of rape, transferred all his wealth to his mother’s name as his estranged wife Hiba Abouk seeks to divorce him.

However, Pulse Sports cannot verify the authenticity of this claim as neither Hakimi nor his wife, Hiba confirmed the report.

The rumour which had since triggered widespread reactions on the internet saw a number of fans drum their support for the Moroccan World Cup star.

However, the player’s mother, Sadia Mouh has since denied having knowledge of Hakimi’s actions but also backed her son in the event that he indeed transferred his assets to her name.
