Italian superstar Mario Balotelli says Nigerian forward Victor Osimhen has not come to terms with what he has achieved at SSC Napoli yet.

Balotelli made this comment when he came to celebrate with his friend on Instagram Live as monitored by Pulse Sports Nigeria on Thursday night.

Osimhen was in high spirits after he helped Napoli end their long wait for the Scudetto against Udinese in Udine, Friuli-Venezia Giulia, Italy.

The Nigeria Super Eagles striker scored the decisive goal as Napoli came from behind to hold Udinese to a 1-1 draw.

Udinese made Napoli work hard after Sandi Lovric’s stunning 13th-minute strike appeared to have delayed Napoli’s title celebrations again.

However, Osimhen came to the rescue when he scored the decisive equaliser seven minutes into the second half.

The goal proved to be sufficient as Napoli held on to seal their first Seria A win in 33 years with five matches to spare.

Nigeria’s Osimhen took to his Instagram page to celebrate, with Balotelli coming on later on after Samuel Chukwueze.

Victor Osimhen is the current Serie A top scorer.

“I have been calling some friends from Napoli, you have to go into the city and see, it’s crazy,” Balotelli told Osimhen.

“Trust me, you did something incredible, my friend. You still don’t know what you did. You will realise in years, not tomorrow (today), not next year, In ten years you will understand what you did, it is unbelievable.”

Osimhen’s goal was his 22nd of the season in the Serie A and underlined his importance and key role in Napoli’s rise to the top of Italian football for the first time in over three decades.
