Pulse Sports confirms the former Napoli star, 27, participated in Tuesday's session despite reports of a threat to leave Morocco to return to Turkey following a heated clash with Ademola Lookman during Nigeria's 4-0 Mozambique rout.

The pair combined effectively to help Nigeria cruise past the helpless Mambas in the round of 16 clash to extend the Super Eagles record to four wins in four matches before tempers flared after the hour mark.

However, according to a Channels TV video, Osimhen was spotted fully engaged with his teammates in what looked like a light training, signalling unity ahead of the quarterfinal against Algeria, who edged DR Congo.

Osimhen's presence is gold for Nigeria's fourth AFCON title quest and their first since 2013. With three goals already, the talismanic striker anchors an attack featuring Lookman and Akor Adams.

Lookman netted once and assisted Adams' stunner, but tensions boiled over leading to the talented striker’s substitution. His potential exit with plenty of games to play would have crippled ambitions, especially after a 13-year drought.

With the NFF also confirming in a communique that all is well in the Nigerian camp on Tuesday, Algeria awaits for Nigeria who will seek revenge on the Desert Foxes, who stunned them in past clashes.

Osimhen's hold-up play, aerial ability, finishing and understanding with strike partners Lookman and Adams make him indispensable.

With preparations for the Algerian clash underway, the Super Eagles march united, with Osimhen's boot firmly on the gas for glory.
