Barcelona are reportedly close to signing Senegalese youngster Mikayil Faye from NK Kustosija.
The 2004-born defender was a member of the Senegalese contingent at the 2019 u-17 world championship and now plies his trade in the second division of the Croatian league.
Faye to Barcelona
According to transfer journalist Fabrizio Romano, Barcelona are set to sign the young talent from Kustosija.

The deal is expected to cost €5 million plus add-ons and will be completed soon, as the Blaugrana see Faye as a potential future top defender.
According to the report, Premier League giants Chelsea and the Bundesliga's Borussia Dortmund were also interested in signing the defender, but the Catalans have seemingly beaten them to the race.
It remains to be seen if he will join the subsidiaries or be part of the first team dynamics, as it has yet to be confirmed.
The 21-year-old Spaniard has been exceptional for the Yellow Submarines this season, scoring six goals and providing three assists to help Quique Setien's team to a lofty fifth-place finish.
