According to Usman, there were three major elements that contributed to Justin Gaethje's defeat against Max Holloway for the BMF title at UFC 300.
As he prepared for UFC 300, Kamaru Usman told Henry Cejudo on the most recent episode of the Pound 4 Pound Podcast that "The Highlight" had done everything correctly, saying that the weight cut and training camp went as smoothly as they could have hoped.
