It was a good weekend for Naija Stars Abroad following an impressive return from the players and Super Eagles stars including Victor Osimhen, Kelechi Nwakali and a hattrick star.

In a weekend filled with standout displays by Nigerian players across Europe, three stars stood out with their exceptional performances.

Pulse Sports Nigeria’s Naija Stars Abroad reviews these outstanding displays, especially the Super Eagles stars who made it a weekend to remember.

Onuachu Steals the Show with Hat-trick

Nigerian striker Paul Onuachu was the undisputed star of the weekend, as he netted a stunning hat-trick to lead Trabzonspor to a 4-2 victory over Gaziantep FK in the Turkish Super Lig.

The 29-year-old showcased his clinical finishing, scoring in the 10th, 52nd, and 88th minutes to secure all three points for his side.

Osimhen Shines for Napoli Despite Draw

Despite Napoli's 2-2 draw against Roma, Nigerian forward Victor Osimhen was a standout performer for the dethroned Serie A champions.

Osimhen crowned a brilliant all-round display with a late penalty to put Napoli 2-1 up with six minutes to go in the intense class.

But the former Serie A champions were unable to hold on to the lead as Tammy Abraham struck three minutes later to force a share of the spoils.

Ademola Lookman enhanced his reputation as one of Nigeria's hottest players at the moment with his ninth goal of the season.

Nwakali Scores Screamer but

In Portugal, forgotten Nigerian midfielder Kelechi Nwakali finally opened his account for the season with a stunning screamer for Chaves.

However, his goal was not enough as Chaves ended up losing 4-1 to their opponents. But that goal could turn out to be the key to a return to the Eagles.

Dessers Continues Hot Streak for Rangers

On a more positive note, there seems to be no stopping Nigerian striker Cyriel Dessers, who netted his 20th goal of the season for Scottish giants Rangers.

Other Nigerian Stars in Action: Akor, Iwobi, Bassey, and More

In other news, Super Eagles overlooked striker Adams Akor finally scored for the first time in six months for his Ligue 1 side Montpellier, while Alex Iwobi and Calvin Bassey failed to win at home with Fulham after a 1-1 draw against Crystal Palace.
