Xbox announces games arriving Game Pass in August 2023 as highly-rated game set for exit later this month
Microsoft has revealed six games will be leaving the Xbox Game Pass subscription service at the end of August.
The list of expected departures includes one of the highly-rated 2 interactive film video game Immortality.
However, it is not all bad news as Microsoft has also announced the list of new games set to arrive the subscription service later this month.
Microsoft revealed the games fans can expect to see in the next couple of weeks on the Xbox Game Pass including Everspace 2, as well as two games that are coming this week and another set to be added at the end of the month.
Firewatch is set to arrive Xbox Game Pass on August 17, while The Texas Chain Saw Massacre will be added the following day, on August 18.

Sea of Stars is coming to Game Pass on August 29, rounding out the list of new Xbox Game Pass games for August 2023.
Gris will also arrive Game Pass on September 5.
The six games set to leave Game Pass this month will exit the service on August 31.
Games leaving Xbox Game Pass This August
Microsoft has confirmed that six games will be leaving the subscription service later this month as per Xbox News. They include:
Black Desert
Commandos 3 - HD Remaster
Immortality
Nuclear Throne
Surgeon Simulator 2
Tinykin
Of all the games set to leave the Game Pass subscription, Immortality seems to be the game that will hit fans the most due to its laudable reviews.
Immortality is the latest game from Sam Barlow, best known for the acclaimed Her Story.
The game earned several positive reviews at the time of its release due to its intriguing narrative and innovative gameplay mechanics.
It has been described as a highly experimental game, which makes it the perfect kind of game to check out through Xbox Game Pass.
