We are back - Manchester United fans react as Rashford spotted with his ex-fiancee

Manchester United forward Marcus Rashford and his ex-fiancee Lucia Loi have ignited intriguing reactions from fans after they were spotted together again. 

Rashford has fuelled speculations that the pair were back together after the childhood sweethearts were reportedly seen at a posh restaurant for a date.

According to a Daily Star report, the England international hired out an entire French bar located in Manchester for the date.

The 26-year-old and his former partner reportedly broke up early this year and she arrived at the date without an engagement ring on. 

Claims from the bar, which seats 18 people, say a comeback might be on the cards for the Manchester United Academy graduate. 

Rashford and Loi met over a decade ago at Ashton on Mersey School in Sale, Greater Manchester. 

The pair dated for nine years before their first break up in May 2021 due to the pressure of the pandemic lockdown. 

They got back together months later and got engaged four months later. However, the pair called it quits again earlier this year after the engagement before being seen together for a date.

Following the latest breakup, the pair spotted together has sent shockwaves through the club fanbase.

Rashford has struggled for form since the start of the season, with the United forward scoring just one goal in the Premier League for the Red Devils.

But fans are optimistic about a change in fortune after seeing their club’s hero with his boyhood sweetheart.
