Victor Boniface has gained over 100,000 followers on Instagram since Bayer Leverkusen sealed historic Bundesliga title
Super Eagles of Nigeria striker, Victor Boniface has continued to make headlines with his moves on and off the pitch.
Pulse Sports earlier reported that the 23-year-old forward swooped home the 2023/24 Bundesliga Rookie of the season award, following an explosive debut season with Leverkusen.
And now, Boniface’s social media numbers have continued to grow exponentially over the last few weeks.

According to a research by Pulse Sports, Victor Boniface has gained over an impressive 100,000 followers in the space of just over four weeks.
Between April 14, when Leverkusen thrashed Werder Bremen 5-0 to officially dethrone Bayern Munich as champions of Germany, and May 14, the Nigeria international has gained the most followers on Meta’s platform.
As at April 14, Boniface was on 504,000 followers on Instagram, before the match against Werder Bremen.
However, more than four weeks later, the talented forward has now amassed well over 608,000 followers on the social networking platform.
Pulse Sports reported that Boniface was one of the most influential Nigerian footballers of 2023, having constantly made headlines on social trends.
Despite not being amongst the Top 10 most followed Nigerian footballers on Instagram, Boniface remains a force to be reckoned with in the digital space, with his penchant for wit and comedy, he remains one of the most active Nigerian footballers on social media.

Boniface’s social media following is expected to grow even further, pending the outcome of the summer transfer window, with a number of clubs currently eyeing his signature, at the end of the 2023-24 season.
Ahead of their official coronation as champions this weekend, Boniface is set to return to action for Xabi Alonso’s team when they host Augsburg at the Bay Arena on Saturday, May 18, in their final league game of the season.
Leverkusen also have the chance to officially crown themselves as “Invincibles” and complete an unbelievable season, having failed to loose a single league match all through the 2023-24 campaign.
