'The problem is not Arteta' - Patrice Evra slams Arsenal fans as ‘delusional’
Former Patrice Evra has sparked a fresh rivalry debate after labelling Arsenal fans “delusional” in a passionate outburst.
In a widely circulated video clip, the ex-Manchester United defender criticised Gunners supporters for discussing future transfer windows despite a season that reportedly fell short of expectations.
What Evra said
“The problem is not Arteta,” Evra declared, referencing Arsenal manager Mikel Arteta.
He added, “He’s the owner of this club, he isn’t a player but a fan! You are delusional!
“The season just got over, and you already talk about next summer… But you’re mad! Which earth do you live in?”
In a humorous twist, Evra compared the situation to artificial intelligence, saying, “I feel like an AI! Are you real?! Maybe it was chat-gbt or whatever, this is not Joe! Wake up!”
Evra: "The problem is not Arteta, not the owners, not the players, it's Arsenal fans. You are delusional." 😂
