His previous contract was set to expire at the end of next season, but both parties were always confident an extension would be reached.
It is understood that the new terms will make Saka the club's highest-paid player, with his weekly earnings expected to exceed £300,000.

"I think it's a fantastic moment for my family and for me. I feel immense joy at the prospect of continuing my journey at this club. For me, it was an easy commitment, and I just want to win everything here."
Saka hinted at the new contract during the recent 2-2 draw with Wolves. After scoring the opening goal with a header, his first in 15 matches across all competitions, he celebrated by mimicking the act of signing a contract for the travelling fans.
The England international has been a pivotal figure for Mikel Arteta's side, recently featuring in a central No. 10 role amid the absence of Martin Odegaard and Kai Havertz.
Reflecting on his journey and the team's progress, Saka added, "I believe the next few years are going to be the years that we get over the line, and we're able to win trophies and make history for this club.
" We're back where we belong, fighting for everything."
Looking ahead, Saka outlined his ultimate ambition:
"When I reflect at the end of my career, I want to be able to look back and see a kid who started aged seven, eight years old on trial for Arsenal, and then went the whole way to win every trophy that there is available to win. That's the legacy that I want to create."
