Stanley Nwabali: Why linking up with Steven Gerrard in Saudi Arabia is the best move
Pulse Sports reported last month that Super Eagles and Chippa United goalkeeper Stanley Nwabali is a wanted man.
The 27-year-old shot-stopper was exceptional at AFCON 2023 in Cote d'Ivoire, playing a major role as the Super Eagles of Nigeria
He has also managed to keep 10 clean sheets in 17 appearances for Chippa United this season.
🇳🇬 Nigeria GK Stanley Nwabali, on the list of different clubs as Al Ettifaq in Saudi and Queens Park Rangers in UK have enquired about him.

Nwabali to Al Ettifaq?
With heavy interest in Nwabali coming from Saudi side Al Ettifaq, a move to the Middle East makes the most sense, perhaps even more so than a transfer to an English tier 2 side.
Nwabali will not only benefit financially but also have the opportunity to be coached by a legend of a game; Steven Gerrard.
The Saudi Pro League is a league that is growing rapidly and attracting the world's finest names.
He will have the opportunity to test his skills against the likes of Cristiano Ronaldo, Riyad Mahrez, and several other talented footballers every week.
While interest from Queens Park Rangers should also be viewed as a positive, Nwabali deserves a much bigger platform to showcase his talents.
