Onome Ebi: Super Falcons captain says goodbye to Naija Ratels
After winning a move overseas, Super Falcons captain Onome Ebi wrote a heartfelt parting note to her old team, the Naija Ratels.
Ebi thanked the Nigeria Women's Football League team for assisting her in reaching her objectives.
Last week, the 40-year-old defender signed with Bnot Netanya of the Israeli Women's Premier League.

She took to her official social media platforms to thank Naija Ratels.
Along with photos was a message by Ebi that said, "I want to use today to appreciate and thank my Ratels family, NAIJA RATELS FC @naijaratelsfootballclub for the Love, the Support, the Respect, the Honour, the Comfort, and infant I can continue mentioning and it won't end 🤗❤️.
"To the president, Barr Paul Edeh @pauledehesq, I want to personally thank you for accepting me and helping me achieve my goals 😊 and i thank Almighty God for using you.
"You all have shown me what true love, respect, unity, and happiness feel like in a team 🤗❤️.
"Even as I leave for a new chapter of my story/career, i want to say today that Naija Ratels FC will always be my home 💪🙏. GOD BLESS NAIJA RATELS FC 🤗 AMEN 🙏."
Ebi is expected to return to the Super Falcons squad ahead of the 2024 Africa Women's Cup of Nations.
