Mourinho is predictable

The Enugu-born midfielder has accused the former Manchester United manager of deploying predictable tactics, claiming that there is always an expectation for Mourinho to park the bus.

The 1994 AFCON winner believes Pep, on the other hand, has more in his locker and is capable of tinkering with this team, hence being unpredictable.

"Mourinho is predictable, and you know that he will park the bus. And I think Pep is unpredictable," Okocha told Pulse Sports.

Pep develops players

The second reason Jay-Jay gave for choosing Pep as the better of the two iconic managers is his ability to develop young players.

Over the course of his career, Pep has been credited with discovering, developing, or improving players like Lionel Messi, Sergio Busquets, Pedro, Joshua Kimmich, and Phil Foden, to mention a few.
