Simon and his wife recently celebrated their wedding anniversary.
In addition to having two daughters, Simon who plays for Nantes in Ligue 1 took to social media to share the happiness of welcoming having his first son.
He posted pictures of his wife showing off her growing baby belly as well as pictures of them in the hospital with their newborn kid.
Along with the photos was a message that said, "I find no words strong enough to express my exact feelings.
"I’m sincerely grateful to GOD. GOD has blessed my home with a baby boy.
"Thanks my Queen for this marvelous gift to our family, you are indeed a strong woman and I am always proud of you ❤️🙏🏾
He finally got his first goal of 2025 weeks ago before the arrival of his son.
Simon has scored 12 goals in 17 appearances for Nantes during the 2024–25 season, making him a vital member of the team.
