The Premier League has announced a 15-man shortlist of nominees for the 2023 Hall of Fame.

The Premier League revealed on Wednesday that legendary managers Sir Alex Ferguson and Arsene Wenger were the first inductees into the 2023 Hall of Fame.

Now they have released a list of nominees and three of the shortlisted players will join 16 other inductees from previous editions. 

The list of nominees for the 2023 Hall of Fame is dominated by former Manchester United stars including, Rio Ferdinand, Gary Neville, Andy Cole, Nemanja Vidic, and Michael Carrick.

Current Premier League leaders Arsenal are strongly represented by legendary captain Tony Adams and the ever-dependable defender, Sol Campbell. 

There is also room for the iconic former Chelsea and England captain John Terry as well as one of the Premier League’s most gifted midfielders ever, Manchester City’s Yaya Toure.

Players are only eligible if they retired before the start of the season with the three winners set to be announced on Wednesday 3rd May.
