On Tuesday, Portugal’s Under-15 team crushed Japan 4-1 at the Vlatko Markovic Tournament in Croatia, and Ronaldo Jr.’s spot in the squad had fans buzzing.
He didn’t start the game, but the Al-Nassr youth star got his big moment in the second half, coming off the bench for Abdu Cassama to make his Portugal debut.

His grandma, Maria Dolores Aveiro, a regular at Cristiano Sr.’s games, was there to support the 14-year-old forward.

Ronaldo himself wasn’t at the match, just like he missed Al-Nassr’s 9-0 thrashing of Al Akhdoud on Monday, but is set to return in their next Saudi Pro League game against Al-Taawoun on May 16.
Meanwhile,, Portugal U-15 take on Greece on Wednesday, before facing England on Friday.
They end the tournament on Sunday against an opponent yet to be determined.
