Hot breakfast? Lamine Yamal reportedly DUMPED by girlfriend Nicki Nicole for another Real Madrid teenage star

Barcelona’s teenage sensation Lamine Yamal has returned to the gossip headlines.

Rumours have surfaced that his whirlwind romance with Argentine rapper Nicki Nicole has already ended, just 13 days after the pair went public on social media.

According to reports from Marca via Daily Mail, Yamal and Nicole have allegedly split, with whispers linking the superstar singer to Real Madrid’s new 18-year-old prodigy Franco Mastantuono. 

Fuel was added to the fire when fans suggested that Yamal and Nicole allegedly “erased” traces of one another from their Instagram accounts. 

However, closer inspection shows there were never permanent posts to begin with; only temporary Stories, which expire after 24 hours.

It’s also pertinent to note that Yamal still follows Nicole on the social networking platform, and the joint picture from his 18th birthday remains intact on his Instagram carousel, suggesting rumours of a break-up may be premature.

The suggestion that Nicole may have shifted her attention across the Clasico divide has ignited debate online, though there is no concrete evidence to back the claims.

In fact, Mastantuono is already believed to be in a relationship with Argentine influencer Fiona Agustinelli, according to multiple outlets in Buenos Aires. 

The Madrid youngster, tipped as one of South America’s brightest exports, has yet to comment on the gossip.

The 18-year-old winger had seemed smitten with the 25-year-old Latin music star. 

Nicole was spotted at Barcelona’s pre-season friendly against Como on August 10, fuelling speculation the two were dating after sitting on the same row with members of his family, and donning his new shirt number.

They confirmed the rumours when Yamal posted a cosy snapshot of the pair together during Nicole’s birthday celebrations, accompanied by a cake and heart emoji on Instagram Stories.

Prior to Yamal’s public confirmation, Pulse Sports reported how the pair jetted off to Monaco for a two-night luxury trip, before looking ‘worse for wear’ on their return.

Yamal and Nicole have still not publicly commented on their reported romance.

However, it would seem that rumours of a split are inaccurate, as at the time of this publication.
