'Konibaje' — Osimhen eats meat with Afrobeats legend 'Apkako master' amid unresolved future

A heartwarming clip is making the rounds on social media, as it shows Victor Osimhen hanging out with one of Afrobeats legends, Terry ‘G’.

The singer and record producer known for his high-tempo and chaotic music, with an eccentric character to boot, was in his heyday in the early 2010s when Osimhen must have been a teenager. 

Terry G is currently having fun in Italy, as he let his 1.2 million followers on Instagram in on his visit to the Colosseum in Rome. He took pictures with the historic edifice as the backdrop, and in an associated video, a person who seemed like his tour guide gave him a brief history of the purpose of the Colosseum and how it housed gladiators. 

His next update on the social media platform was him hanging out with Super Eagles ace Victor Osimhen, who plies his trade in the Italian city of Naples. It is unclear if Osimhen travelled the 228.6km between Rome and Naples, if the ‘Free Madness’ crooner made the trip or if they met in a separate Italian city. 

However, they mustered at what seemed to be a restaurant and the update showed they enjoyed a steak dinner. The pair were visibly happy to have linked up, as the singer affectionately corrupted Osimhen's name, calling him “Osimymhen,” while the Partenopei ace replied, “The legend, Terry G.”

While Osimhen blows off steam, his agent, Roberto Calenda, is working hard to help him secure his dream move. The Nigeria international is being linked with both PSG and Chelsea, and he hopes to transfer to one of both clubs before the end of the summer.
