Following his statement performance to win the men's 200m event at the Monaco Diamond League, Noah Lyles is brewing in confidence for the rest of the season.
Competing in a high-stakes race that involved going against Olympic champion Letsile Tebogo for the first time since the Paris 200m final, the American speedster rose to the occasion by blazing to a brilliant Season's Best (SB) of 19.88s (-0.8) for a resounding victory.

What was more impressive about Lyles' performance is that it was his first 200m race of the season, and he's now unbeaten in the Diamond League in seven years.
Speaking after the race, the reigning Olympic and world 100m champion said he was built for such commanding moments.
"I just believe that every moment was made for me. I was made for such a time as this and going out there and believing that and knowing that I've trained my hardest for it, it's all I need to be thinking about and go out there and have fun."
