Gianluigi Donnarumma: New Man City keeper excited to play for 'greatest manager in history'
Manchester City have confirmed the signing of Gianluigi Donnarumma from Paris Saint-Germain and the departure of long-serving keeper Ederson to Fenerbahce.
Donnarumma, who was a key part of the PSG team that won the Champions League last season, will wear the number 99 shirt at his new club, replacing long-serving shot-stopper Ederson.

Expressing his delight with the move, Donnarumma said, “To have signed for Manchester City is such a special and proud moment for me. I am joining a squad packed with world-class talent and a team led by one of the greatest managers in the history of football in Pep Guardiola.
"This is a club every player in world football would love to join. Playing at the Etihad Stadium will be very, very special for me.
"I am very excited for what lies ahead and can promise that I will give absolutely everything to try and help the club achieve even more success.”
Ederson, meanwhile, brings his eight-year, trophy-laden spell at the club to an end with a move to Turkey.
The Brazilian leaves as one of City's most successful players, having won 18 major honors, including six Premier League titles, two FA Cups, four League Cups, and a Champions League.
He also claimed the Premier League Golden Glove award three times during his tenure. He hailed his time at the club as an “amazing” eight years.
