NPFL champions Enyimba International have extended their unbeaten run in the country after seeing off Heartland FC in the Naija Super 8.
Enyimba are now unbeaten in 11 matches across competitions after a hard-fought 1-0 win in the oriental derby on Saturday in the Super 8.
The People’s Elephant’s win over their oriental rivals means they have now won seven and drawn four of their last 11 matches.

What Enyimba's win means
With the victory, the People’s Elephant return to Lagos where they recently sealed a historic ninth title in the NPFL after an exciting run in the Super 6.
Enyimba will hope to add the Naija Super 8 title when they take to the Mobolaji Johnson Arena in two weeks.
