Ange Postecoglou could not hide his outrage after his team suffered a 2-1 defeat to Newcastle United on Saturday.
Despite putting up an impressive performance, Spurs were denied the win due to a contentious goal from Joelinton, which appeared to involve a handball but was not ruled out by VAR.
Spurs had taken the lead through Dominic Solanke's diving header, but the Magpies equalized just two minutes later through Anthony Gordon.
Alexander Isak then scored the winner for the visitors in the 38th minute.
Postecoglou was furious with the outcome, stating:
"Considering everything we had to go through and the situation we are in right now to perform like that, I take my hat off to the players. I thought they were outstanding."
Ange Postecoglou said that he was “the angriest I have ever been in my career” following Tottenham's defeat to Newcastle United on Saturday.
