Al-Nassr vs Al-Wehda: Furious Ronaldo involved in bust-up with coaching staff during semi-final defeat
Al-Nassr striker Cristiano Ronaldo was involved in an angry exchange with his own coaching team during the Saudi club's 1-0 defeat to Al-Wehda in the King Cup of Champions on Monday evening.
Ronaldo left Manchester United last December, in the wake of an explosive interview with TV personality Piers Morgan, in which he aimed criticism at the Old Trafford hierarchy and the manager Erik ten Hag.
Due to a lack of any concrete interest from European sides, the Portuguese legend left for Saudi Arabia and joined Al-Nassr. While the veteran forward has scored plenty of goals for Al-Nassr, it has not exactly been a peaceful union.
Ronaldo vents frustration at Al-Nassr coaching staff
The five-time Ballon d'Or winner was involved in a furious post-match spat after his side were held to a 0-0 draw by Al-Feiha in the Saudi Pro League at the start of the month and now he is in the headlines for the wrong reasons yet again.
Ronaldo, who had seen a brilliant effort from close range saved in the opening stages, was filled with rage as he headed for the dressing room at half-time.
Following half-time, the Al-Nassr captain was seen shaking his head repeatedly as he walked off, and upon reaching the dugout he began to remonstrate with his side's coaching staff before heading down the tunnel.

More on the situation
Ronaldo re-emerged after the break and despite Al-Nassr creating a raft of chances after the interval, the legendary forward was unable to inspire his side to a comeback win, as they bowed out of the competition.
