Super Eagles of Nigeria star Victor Osimhen is currently the hottest Nigerian footballer in world football.
The 24-year-old Napoli striker is wanted by a host of Europe’s elite this summer amid yet another impressive season for Napoli.
Osimhen currently leads the Serie A scoring charts and is on course to help Napoli to their first Scudetto since 1990.
The Lagos-born striker who was in Nigeria recently featured in the Super Eagles’ doubleheader against Guinea-Bissau in the 2023 Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON) qualifier.

Nigeria lost the first leg 1-0 in Abuja before winning the reverse fixture with the same scoreline in Bissau.
The win put the Super Eagles in pole position to qualify for the Ivorian showpiece next year, while currently topping their group.

Following the win on Monday evening, Osimhen who started both fixtures also took some time to link up with Nigerian music icon Peter Okoye of the duo music group ‘P-Square’.
Via a post on Okoye’s official Instagram page on Wednesday, Osimhen who is one of the most followed Nigerian footballers on Instagram was spotted with the music star and his son in their mansion in Lagos.

P-Square are one of the icons in Afrobeat with a bucket list of hit records including ‘Do Me’, ‘Bizzy Body’, ‘Forever’, ‘Alingo’, amongst others.
Osimhen looked delighted as he signed a Napoli shirt for the award-winning musician before taking some photos with his family.
The 24-year-old Nigeria international is expected to return for Napoli this weekend in Serie A.
The current league leaders will lock horns against the defending Scudetto champions at the Diego Armando Maradona Stadium on Sunday, April 2.
