The talented 19-year-old winger joins the Oslo-based club on a four-and-a-half-year contract as he seeks to further his development in Europe.

Obasi has been one of the star performers for Beyond Limits’ blossoming youth squad, driving them to local success, especially in the TCC, with his pace, trickery and eye for goal.

His performances caught the attention of Valerenga scouts over the past year, having impressed with Beyond Limits.

Still a teenager, precocious winger Obasi will be expected to continue his development with Vålerenga before as he looks to stake a claim for first-team minutes.

Obasi’s transfer to Norway was announced moments after another Beyond Limits graduate made headlines in Italy’s Serie A.
