Arne Slot has responded to Trent Alexander-Arnold's announced departure, confident in the emergence of other right-back options for Liverpool.
Arne Slot has publicly commented on Trent Alexander-Arnold's decision to leave Liverpool at the end of his contract in June.
Speaking ahead of the Reds’ Premier League match against Arsenal at Anfield, the head coach expressed his disappointment at the defender's impending departure, acknowledging him as both a good person and an excellent full-back.

Slot on Alexander-Arnold’s exit
Drawing on his experience at previous clubs where key players often moved on, Slot remains optimistic, believing that when a talented player leaves, another will rise to the occasion.
Regarding potential replacements for Alexander-Arnold, Slot mentioned Conor Bradley, Joe Gomez, Jarell Quansah and even Curtis Jones as options for the right-back position.
)
“We have got Conor Bradley and I have played Curtis Jones over there, so four players that can play that position,” said Slot on Friday.
“Joe Gomez can play there really well, in my opinion, but maybe his favourite position would be centre-back, I agree with you.
“And for Jarell it's the same. I think it would be a surprise to you if I would tell you now, yes, we are looking at this or we're looking at that – we don't talk about contracts over here [in the press room], we don't talk about the positions or if we want to improve the team in certain areas.”
