Transfers: Chelsea keen on 20-year-old Bundesliga star after turning down Osimhen move
Chelsea are reportedly leading Arsenal in the race to sign 20-year-old talented winger Jamie Bynoe-Gittens.
The Gunners had their eyes on Bynoe-Gittens as a top target this summer, especially with Gabriel Martinelli and Leandro Trossard struggling to consistently deliver on the left wing.
However, according to transfer expert Fabrizio Romano, the Blues have already put in an opening bid of over €35 million plus add-ons. Dortmund swiftly rejected the offer but Chelsea are expected to come back with a much-improved bid for the winger who tallied 12 goals and 5 assists last season.

No agreement with BVB yet but deal on, while Jamie agreed personal terms with Chelsea as @FabriceHawkins reports:

Meanwhile, the Blues are pushing hard to bolster their attack ahead of the FIFA Club World Cup. They’ve already signed Liam Delap from Ipswich, and with Jadon Sancho heading back to Manchester United, Enzo Maresca is keen to bring in a new winger, ideally for the left side.
On top of that, the Conference League winners are also in discussions with AC Milan for goalkeeper Mike Maignan.
Arsenal, on the other hand, are close to wrapping up a deal for Real Sociedad’s Martin Zubimendi to strengthen their midfield.
The Gunners remain keen on Leipzig striker Benjamin Sesko and Sporting CP's Viktor Gyoeres, and are expected to remain aggressive throughout the transfer window.
