Super Eagles star completes medical ahead of move to Paris billionaires

Super Eagles winger Moses Simon has reportedly passed his medical ahead of the proposed move to Paris FC.

Super Eagles ace Moses Simon has reportedly completed his medical ahead of a move to Ligue 1 newcomers Paris FC, owned by luxury wear billionaire Bernard Arnault. 

The 29-year-old joined Nantes in the summer of 2020 and has been a standout performer, helping them avoid relegation in his five years at the club.  

Paris snap up Simon 

The former Gent winger had another brilliant season last campaign, with an incredible 18 goal contributions (eight goals, 10 assists), the 9th best tally in the league, which earned him a nomination for the Marc-Vivien Foe prize. 

According to Fabrizio Romano, Paris FC have picked him up from Nantes. He completed his medical today, a key part of completing his €7 million move. 

Nigerian star Moses Simon played his 200th Ligue 1 match on the final day of the season.

Simon played 201 games for La Cité des Ducs. He scored 37 goals and provided 42 assists. Moses is one of the best wingers in the French top flight; hence, Paris’s strategic decision to sign him as they prepare for the Ligue 1 campaign. 

Also, Simon was ranked as one of the best dribblers in Europe’s top seven leagues in the 2024/25 season.

Simon officially entered elite territory after an incredible 2024/25 Ligue 1 season that saw the Super Eagles star cement his Nantes legacy.
