Chelsea have reportedly hit a brickwall in their bid to bring in one of the club's top targets this summer as the midfielder appears set for a move elsewhere.

Chelsea midfield target Moises Caicedo has reportedly agreed personal terms with Arsenal to scupper Mauricio Pochettino's plans of adding the Ecuadorian to his new-look midfield.

The Brighton midfielder has had an exceptional season at the heart of the Seagulls midfield, helping them to a sixth-place finish to secure European football next season and even showing his versatility, playing at right-back on occasion.
