He added that the country is blessed with talents and that they just need a coach with high quality to improve them.

He said, "The NTTF has a lot of work to do. I am hoping they will get a coach, and I mean, they need to bring in someone with international experience, especially because we have good young players. They need someone with charisma who can lead them through, and I am hopeful they will be welcomed.

"On the female side, that has been disappointing. I think is time to start a regime of players. You have to start low and aim high. So we go back to the young girls and pick them. There are very programs around for these young girls and I hope that we will be able to them up.

"But I think now is the time for change for the national team. For years now, we have been managing. They have served us well, for twenty to thirty years at the national team. I think is time to now say thank you and tell them to help us develop the younger girls. But in terms of performances very poor for the girls."
