The ITTF World Table Tennis Championships Finals, hosted in Durban, South Africa, marked a historic moment as it was the first time in 84 years that the event was held in Africa.
Leading the charge for Africa are 2023 African Games champion Assar and finalist Aruna, who headline the list of African players confirmed for the championships.
