Super Eagles of Nigeria forward Emmanuel Dennis has opened up on his lifestyle ahead of his return to pre-season training with Nottingham Forest.

Dennis signed for Forest last summer from Championship side Watford.

However, the 25-year-old has struggled to nail down a starting spot in Steve Cooper’s team and had battled with injuries and poor form following their promotion to the Premier League last season.

While enjoying his summer break, the Adamawa native recently hosted a brief Q&A session on his Instagram page, giving his fans the chance to ask him their favourite questions.

Amongst other things, Dennis shared some details about his lifestyle and also replied a curious supporter who inquired about his reason for not getting inked yet.

Tattoos have become a normal aesthetic in football and even sports globally, with some of the big names across various divides getting inked up and showing off on their social media pages.

However, Dennis joins a number of athletes worldwide who do not have Tattoos on their body, and has recently opened up on why that is the case.

One Ig user asked, “Why don’t you have tats in ya boy?,” before the Super Eagles forward replied, ‘Cause I got too much scars on my body, I don’t want the ink to cover them up.’

‘The scars remind me of a lot,’ he added.

Although the former Club Brugge star endured a difficult season individually, Dennis remained as cold as ever with his outfits off the pitch.
