Manchester United are reportedly open to selling striker Rasmus Hojlund for just £30 million, according to latest reports.

The club signed the Denmark international from Atalanta in the summer of 2023 for an initial £64 million, plus £8 million in add-ons.

However, Hojlund has struggled to replicate his best form, scoring 24 goals in 88 appearances across all competitions, with only 13 goals coming in the Premier League

Manager Ruben Amorim recently defended the 22-year-old, suggesting his lack of goals isn’t entirely his fault, but with a new striker a priority for United this summer, Hojlund could be offloaded to raise funds for a squad rebuild.

The Red Devils have been linked with the likes of Victor Osimhen and Liam Delap, and it is clear that an upgrade is needed at that position to take them to the next level.

The potential arrival of Wolves' Brazilian forward Matheus Cunha will increase the competition for places, and an exit remains the best option for Holjund, who has attracted interest from Serie A.

United's transfer business is expected to start early, with Amorim eager to have his best players ready for pre-season.
