Nigerian football boasts a true legend in Augustine Azuka "Jay-Jay" Okocha. The gifted attacking midfielder carved a remarkable career, leaving his mark on the international stage and various leagues around the world.

Okocha donned the green jersey of Nigeria with pride for an impressive 14 years (1993-2006), amassing a total of 73 caps. During that period, he found the net 14 times and even participated in three FIFA World Cups,

Okocha's journey began in his home country with Enugu Rangers. In 1990, his talents took him to Germany's Borussia Neunkirchen.
