Spanish newspaper Marca has boldly predicted that Vinicius Junior will win this year's Ballon d'Or, breaking the dominance of Cristiano Ronaldo and Lionel Messi that has persisted since 2008.
Following in the footsteps of Luka Modric and Karim Benzema who won the awards as Real Madrid players, Marca believes it is time for another Madridista to claim the prestigious prize.
"All roads lead to Gold", Marca writes with Vinicius' picture holding the award on their front page paper.

This year, the Brazilian winger Vinicius Junior might take the top spot as he has outshone his Real Madrid teammates, including Kylian Mbappe, Jude Bellingham, Dani Carvajal, and Rodri from Manchester City.
Brazil's Vinicius Junior is in pole position on a final list of 30 nominees that includes Portuguese players Vitinha from PSG and Ruben Dias from Manchester City.
Last season, Vinicius Junior showcased his exceptional talent, scoring 24 goals and providing 11 assists in 39 games for Real Madrid.
His contributions were instrumental in securing LaLiga, the Champions League, and the Spanish Super Cup titles.
Although he fell short in the Copa del Rey and Copa América, his overall performances have solidified his position as a frontrunner for the Ballon d'Or.
