Victor Osimhen: Super Eagles star grateful for Olusosun
Nigeria's Super Eagles attacker, Victor Osimhen, is once again trending on social media.
After donning the Green and White over the international break, the 24-year-old Napoli target man is back at home.
Osimhen scored twice as the Super Eagles defeated Sierra Leone 3-2 on the road to earn a spot in the 2023 Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON) in Ivory Coast.

He posted photos of his visit to his roots in Olusosun on his official social media platforms.
In the photos, Osimhen is accompanied by a massive crowd in celebration.
Along with the photos was a message from Osimhen thanking the Olusosun community for their support.
He said, "Returning to where my football dream and journey began in Olusosun gives me so much goosebumps.
"I am humbled and grateful for the roots that shaped my dreams.
"This is me once again appreciating their love and support and i will always cherish Olusosun and it’s people. Thank You!
After his heroics, he has returned to Nigeria and is residing in Lagos.
He paid a visit to students in Oregun and was even in attendance to watch a local football game.
After emphasizing in an interview that he approaches every match as if he is going to war, Osimhen paid a visit to his roots in Olusosun.
He also mentioned that Nas and Damian Marley's "Only the Strong Survive" are two of his other favorite artists, in addition to Olamide from Nigeria.
