Victor Osimhen, a striker for the Super Eagles of Nigeria, is back among the trends on social media.
The 24-year-old Napoli target man is back home after wearing the Green and white during the international break,
Osimhen scored two goals for the Super Eagles in a 3-2 win away against Sierra Leone to pick up a ticket to the 2023 Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON) in Ivory Coast next year.

Following his heroics, he is now back in Nigeria at his residence in Lagos.

In the video, Osimhen is seen interacting with football players as they take to the pitch.
He took to his official Instagram account to detail his activity in Oregun before going to the pitch.
In a message on his official social media handles, Osimhen said, "Oregun!!!Thank You For The Warm Welcome.

Osimhen was greeted by the students in the Oregun district and was embraced by some of the staff on the ground.

It is no secret that Osimhen was born in Olusosun, a small community around Oregun, and his return put smiles on the faces of several members of the community.
Osimhen's visit to Oregun comes after an interview where he stressed that he approaches every match with the idea that he is going to war.
He also added that his favorite artist is Nigeria's Olamide but that he also listens to Nas and Damian Marley's "Only the Strong Survive."
