Meanwhile, the 22-year-old has been in superb shape since the switch from Belgium to Germany in the summer transfer window.
Boniface joined Leverkusen from Royael Union-Saint Gilloise and has become an immediate fan favourite in the BayArena.
After four matches in the Bundesliga, Boniface has scored four goals and assisted two more en route to winning the Rookie of the Month and Player of the Month awards.
The Nigerian striker saw off competitions from the likes of Xavi Simons of RB Leipzig and Bayern Munich superstar striker, Harry Kane, two players who also arrived in the league in the summer.
