Lyon confirmed on Friday afternoon (June 27th) that UEFA has agreed to allow them to compete in the tournament, pending a successful appeal against their demotion, as reported by Sportal.

"Having validated its financial sustainability process, Lyon has signed an agreement with UEFA's Club Financial Control Body."
