UCL: Maresca opens up on relationship with Jackson after agent claims striker will not return to Chelsea
Enzo Maresca has insisted that he has no problems with loanee Nicolas Jackson, dismissing claims of a fractured relationship with the forward.
Maresca spoke ahead of Chelsea’s Champions League match against Bayern Munich, where Jackson is currently on loan with an option to make the move permanent.
The manager's comments follow a recent public statement from Jackson's agent, Diomansy Kamara, who suggested the forward would not be returning to Stamford Bridge.
During a segment on the Canal+ Sport show Talents D'Afrique, Kamara was asked if Jackson would return to the Blues after his loan spell.
"Absolutely not, today at Chelsea, the relationship with Maresca is not necessarily the best."

However, Maresca directly refuted the agent’s comments on Tuesday night.
When asked about the claim, the manager told reporters: "Me with Nico? Personally, again, I did not have any kind of problem with Nico, and I don’t have any problem with Nico.
"Again, he is a good guy, good professional, worked well with us, and that is it."
Chelsea will be keen to continue their fine start to the season, and a win against the Bundesliga champions will be a huge morale booster for the Blues.
