According to the Confederation of African Football (CAF), the draw for the tournament will take place at the CAF headquarters in Cairo, Egypt, on Tuesday.
Nigeria's return to the CHAN after a six-year absence was secured courtesy of a 3-1 aggregate victory over rivals Ghana in the final qualifying round.
However, Nigeria's absence from the tournament has impacted the Super Eagles B seeding.
CAF's seeding system is based on results from the previous three CHAN editions (2022, 2020, and 2018).
As a result, co-hosts Kenya, Tanzania, and Uganda, along with defending champions Senegal, will be placed in Pot 1, guaranteeing them a favourable draw.
The CHAN, featuring national teams composed of players from their respective domestic leagues, is scheduled to run from February 1 to February 28, 2025.
The home-based Eagles could face some of the continent's strongest locally-based squads in the group stage of the competition.
