SmackDown Recap: Bray Wyatt to challenge winner of Brock Lesnar vs Bobby Lashley, Sami Zayn returns home and all that happened

In the final build up to this weekend’s Elimination Chamber, Sami Zayn was the biggest highlight of the blue brand this week.

The former Honorary Uce is set to face the Head of the table Roman Reigns at Elimination Chamber, for the undisputed WWE universal championship, a belt reigns has held for over a record - 900 days and counting

However, the underdog Zayn was treated to a hero’s welcome at the Bell Centre in Montreal, with the crowd rallying behind him during his closing speech on Friday’s episode of SmackDown.

Elsewhere, The Friend Bray Wyatt declared his intention to challenge the winner between Brock Lesnar and Bobby Lashley at Elimination Chamber.

And there was an intercontinental championship match between GUNTHER and No. 1 contender Madcap Moss.

The challenger cemented himself as the top contender by winning a fatal four-way match the previous week on the show.
