The Nigerian winger, who joined the Rossoneri in the summer of 2023 for €21.8 million from Villarreal, has struggled to make an impact at San Siro and reports suggest that he could be headed for a new destination in the January transfer window.

Expectations were high for Chukwueze after his standout performances at Villarreal, but his time at Milan has been disappointing.

In 21 appearances across all competitions this season, the winger has managed just three goals and one assist, playing 958 minutes in total.

The lack of consistent performances with the Rossoneri has led to AC Milan considering parting ways with the Nigerian international, whose contract runs until 2028.
