Nigerian international Asisat Oshoala continued her blistering form in Saudi Arabia, finding the net once again as Al Hilal Women secured a comfortable 2-0 victory over Eastern Flames in the Saudi Women’s Premier League on Thursday.
The six-time CAF Women’s Player of the Year delivered another standout performance, proving once more why she remains one of the most dangerous forwards in world football.
Oshoala breaks the deadlock with sharp finish
The Super Falcons superstar, who has been in exceptional scoring form since joining Al Hilal, opened the scoring just before halftime.
In the 43rd minute, Oshoala reacted quickest to a rebound in the box and calmly slotted home, giving the visitors a much-deserved lead heading into the break.

Al Hilal maintained control after the break, and their dominance was rewarded in the 62nd minute when Al Bandari Mobarak doubled the advantage.
The victory cements Al Hilal as strong title contenders, keeping them in second place with 15 points from seven games. They remain just three points behind leaders Al Nassr, who still have a game in hand and boast a perfect record.
The Eastern Flames, meanwhile, remain winless this season and continue to struggle at the bottom of the table.
Oshoala's goal takes her tally to six goals in seven appearances, placing her third in the league’s top-scorer ranking behind Clara Luvanga, 11 goals and Adriana, 10 goals.
