Real Madrid willing to sell star player to Manchester United for £150m to fund Mbappe move
Vinicius has been a delight at the Bernabeu since joining from Flamengo in 2018, hitting double figures in each of the last three seasons, as well as an impressive 68 goals in 238 appearances for the club.
Real Madrid to sell Vinicius to Man Utd for Mbappe?
However, with Real Madrid desperate to sign Mbappe from PSG, there will be huge financial ramifications involved in a deal of that magnitude, and Spanish outlet Sport have reported that Real will consider selling Vinicius Jr to make room for the France captain.
Mbappe could be looking at wages north of £600,000-a-week and though Madrid would be saving on a transfer fee, the annual costs of signing the Frenchman would be around £30m, which would mean an outlay of at least £150m.
The report further states that Manchester United hold a long term interest in Vinicius Jr, and could be on hand to move for the winger should he become available.
