Osimhen's Galatasaray attempt to hijack Manchester United's move for goalkeeper
Victor Osimhen's Galatasaray have submitted an official offer for Royal Antwerp goalkeeper Senne Lammens, according to local press.
The Turkish club's bid is reportedly higher than Manchester United's, who have also been in active negotiations for the keeper over the past week.
However, the player himself has clearly stated his desire to move to Old Trafford. For this reason, representatives from Galatasaray have travelled to Belgium to speak with Lammens personally in an attempt to persuade him to accept their proposal.
Royal Antwerp are demanding around €25 million for their goalkeeper, with a minimum of €20 million as a guaranteed fee and the remainder in potential bonuses.
Manchester United's current offer is lower, but talks between the two clubs are ongoing.
Meanwhile, the Turkish giants continue their search for a new starting goalkeeper after Fernando Muslera's departure this summer.
Galatasaray, already active in the transfer market, has signed Super Eagles star Victor Osimhen from Napoli on a permanent deal.
