Not enough! Brighton turn down Chelsea's second offer for Caicedo worth £70m

Chelsea have had a second offer believed to be worth £70m fixed for top midfield target Moises Caicedo rejected by Brighton.

The bid, as reported by The Athletic, does not include any add-ons and was made in writing for £70m fixed. It was immediately rejected by Brighton who consider it some way off.

Brighton are reportedly prepared to lose Caicedo but will only do so when their asking price is met and will not be forced to sell for less than what they value him at.

Chelsea had a 6om bid rejected in the beginning of June and have nw had a second offer rejected, but the blues remain keen.

Caicedo has flown to the US to join Brighton on their pre-season tour and Chelsea are expected to return with a third offer.
